[Plugin: Related Posts Thumbnails] Thumbnail Borders Not Working

Ive tried to add a border to my thumbnails, but its not showing up. I know there is an option to adjust border color, but regardless of what I change it to there is no border on the thumbnails.

Is there any specific line of code I can change somewhere to make these borders show up?

I have it set to block, and don’t want to use list styles. I just want to add a basic border to the thumbs.
