    When the plugin is deactivated and in case, deleted, is the “redirects table” deleted as well?
    We are ahving several issue with hundreds of wrong redirects sent to GSC, apparently there is an incompatibility issue with WPML.
    Question is if reoving the plugin clears all dredirects data.

    When you uninstall the plugin all data is removed including the redirect table, and all redirects stop working.
