Plugin removed blog post content

    Hi, I downloaded Optin Cat for Mailchimp to improve subscriptions on my site. I placed the side bar widget in my site’s home page, which seemed to work fine.

    Everything started fine but after about 24 hours or so I noticed that all of my blog post content (text) had disappeared. This applied to multiple posts. However, the pages where the sidebar widget were installed seemed fine and no content was missing.

    It’s happened twice in total and deactivating the plugin seems to be the only way to fix it. Can you advise what’s going on, if this is a known issue, and if so how I can fix it?

    Hi,
    Sorry that you are having this issue but this issue had not been reported before as it might be that our plugin is not compatible with your theme.

    If you were to try our plugin with another theme and the problem does not occur then I’d recommend consulting with the theme developer’s support team.
