Plugin Request

I am writing a blog which details my visits to theatre shows. Whilst each visit will have its own blog post I would like to include a dynamic table that contains the cast details and any other relevant information – pictures etc. I have initially been using the WP-Table Reloaded application but have now realized that if I want to add or amend a table I need to do it in every table which is extremely time consuming.

Ideally I would like a plugin or a way to integrate a table from the database that allows me to have a master table and I enter content onto a new row each time. Therefore, if I want to add or amend a column I only need to do it once.

Does anyone have a WP plugin they can recommend or how I can add the relevant code on the post page to integrate the new table I would create in the WP database.
