Woocommerce order plugin

We need a plugin to work with Woo-commerce Subscriptions

Plugin Description:

This plugin must;

FRONT END
Add a heading in woo-commerce checkout “Dispatch Date”
Add a description in woo-commerce checkout “Select the day you want us to dispatch your order”
Display a calendar in woo-commerce checkout
Allow the customer to select a Date

BACK END
Show the date selected in Admin Orders List view
Show the date selected in customer order confirmation email
Allow admin to disable days of the week to prevent customers picking those days in the calendar
Allow admin to block future dates to allow the owners of the website to take a holiday
This plugin must work with woo-commerce Subscriptions
Subscription products will be in 1 month intervals
When the Woo-commerce subscriptions generates an order the following month, this plugin will generate a new dispatch date, factoring in disabled days and blocked off dates.

There are no plugins on the market that solve every function requested above. What would it cost to have such a plugin made?
