Plugin request Upload script and account

    I am looking for a plugin. My client needs to upload scripts, and allow clients to apply for an account and if the account is approved the user (client) can login into their account to see what the balances are

    The client must also be allowed to buy on their account whilst logged in and be able to get the balances and pay via bank transfer (EFT)

    Do you have a plugin that can do this ?

    Do you mean like a wallet system? Pay via bank transfer to charge account points and then use points to buy scripts?
