    Hi
    I am looking for a plugin. My client needs to upload scripts, and allow clients to apply for an account and if the account is approved the user (client) can login into their account to see what the balances are

    The client must also be allowed to buy on their account whilst logged in and be able to get the balances and pay via bank transfer (EFT)

    Do you have a template / plugin that can do this ?

    Templates are not intended to provide that sort of functionality – that is plugin territory 🙂

    What you have in mind is definitely possible, but just from a quick glance I don’t see a plugin in the repository that offers that function.
    It seems WooCommerce does have a premium extension here:

    If that is something you are interested in, please contact them via their official support channels on the WooCommerce site (including for pre-sales queries), as the volunteers on the ww.wp.xz.cn forums are not equipped to support commercial products.
