    hey admin,

There is an issue when users try to access my site on mobile since the plugin turns out not responsive effectively blocking my users. Is this a bug? How can it be fixed?

@bildo17 This is the second report like this I’ve received this week. Unfortunately, when I visit your site on my iPhone with Safari the site and the popup load just fine so I can’t recreate the issue.

Are you experiencing this across all mobile devices or is it just happening on certain devices/browsers?

hey admin, thanks for the response. I have tried it on chrome, firefox and brave browsers on mobile and the issue is still there. I’m using an android phone(sony). Any idea?

@bildo17 I was afraid you were going to say Android. I don’t have any good means to test that for you. It might be a CSS issue with WP Terms Popup or a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

I’m sorry to say but you might want to find a different popup solution in the meantime. It might be awhile before I can figure out a fix (if one exists).

Yikes! I see. I think the real bad news for now is that you’re the only plugin with this solution..Thanks for trying!
