[Plugin: Restrict Categories] make changes to plugin

Hi!

I’d like to make changes to plugin.. I’d like to Restrict the categories that users in defined roles can view, add, and edit in the admin panel but also defined roles can view in the blog, not only in the panel..

is it possible?!
