[Plugin: Revision Control] Delete button missing on version 2.0.1

    The real version 2.0 doesn’t have this problem. (The repository gives you 2.0.1 although it says it’s giving you 2.0.)

    On version 2.0.1, line 613 reads:
    <td colspan="4">

    On the real version 2.0 this line reads:
    <td colspan="4" style="text-align:left" class="check-column">

    Restoring this line restores the delete button.
