[Plugin: RSS Digest] Post header, footer

Love, love that you added a header option. Thank you.

I put more than just text in my header. It has code for images and formatting. It generates correctly when RSS Digest generates a post, however the coding seems to mess up the settings page so that the header partially comes through on the RSS Digest settings tab.

Would like to see a bigger box for header and footer content.
