[Plugin: RTL Tester] init is too

Theme’s attempting RTL support will hook add_editor_style calls to the after_setup_theme (taking after the default themes) which runs before init. The editor-style-rtl.css won’t be loaded in this case. Also, much of the admin looks busted until I replaced the init hook with after_setup_theme
