First of all thank you for installing this plugin.
You need to add a new post and fill in data in the field simular to:
http://s.ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/runners-log/screenshot-1.png
In the same post you should be able to add: [runners_log_basic]

Sorry, mayby im studpid, but i really cant figure it out 🙁
The data i should fill in, should it be done somewhere in the Runners log settings or in the field area in a new post?
I cant find anywhere in the RL settings and i tried to enter the numbers in the field in a new post without any luck. 🙁

Seconds after i wrote the above post, i decided to try one more time.
And there it was, the fomular you linked to. So now i thinnk i got it 🙂
Just figured out i did wrong.
I tried to write to at page, not to a post.
Is there a way to use runners log on its own page?

Im glad you finally got the sense…
Well, you need to add your running trips using the posts feature and there the custom field, but you are able to use the graphs in page. Eg. create a page called: “Running Stats” and into that one you can paste in the graphs shortcodes.
