Plugin “Safelayout Cute Preloader” Causing Error Cannot Deactivate, Delete

Hi,
I’m using WordPress with the Hello Elementor theme and Elementor builder.

I installed the plugin Safelayout Cute Preloader, but I’m facing a serious issue:

• I cannot deactivate the plugin
• I cannot delete the plugin
• I cannot save any changes inside the plugin settings

Every time I try to deactivate, delete, or save settings, WordPress opens a new tab that shows this error message:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

Nothing gets deleted or saved. The plugin basically locks itself and causes a critical error.

I have tried refreshing, clearing cache, and different browsers — same issue.

Can someone please help me understand what is causing this and how I can force remove or fix this plugin? Any guidance from the plugin author or developers would be appreciated.
