[Plugin: SB Child List] nest_level working?

    Excellent plugin!
    However: when using the shortcode like
    [sb_child_list nest_level=”3″]
    or without the “s or other values, is shows only the first level.
    The default value obviously is 2 levels of child pages.

    I would like to show more levels, possible 4 or 5. Is it possible?
