Plugin search doesn't work.

    When i come to plugin search page, I get this warning
    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘name’ in /home/dollargreen/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 102

    for lines 102- 106, which are commentaries, and done properly.

    When i try searching, it doesn’t find any plugins. Any. At all.
    What could it be, and how do i fix it?
