[Plugin: Search Everything] Plugin doesn't work

I have activated the plugin and in the settings chosen that it should search through all tags and categories. But it doesn’t. See my blog: http://kulturochhalsa.org/ One example is that it doen’t show any result for the tags: Sverige + vårdkultur
