[Plugin: Secure Invites] Updated functionality: Multilevel Commissions Recruitment

Have added a Multil Level Commission structure to the plugin, that allows you to easier set the commission rates etc… If anyone is keen on “co developing” further enhancements (e.g. adding a JQuery Parent/Child Tree” interface for better visualisation, improved reporting, MLM recruiting, and working on interrating with WPMUDEV’s MarketPress and Membership…
