• I have updated my review. At some point my pro version somehow became the unpaid version. I have redownloaded the pro version and now have access to all the features. I didn’t know this was what was going on, but I’m glad that it works now.

The 3 star review is because every time I attempt to contact them via their website I never get a reply. Only by posting here have I been able to get a reply from them. I hope in the future they will find the problem that prevents me and others from handling support via email with them.

@wpuser1x – huh, that’s weird. We usually reply to support tickets in less than 24 hours, even on weekends.

Is there any way you’d be willing to reach out to us using our support form located here: https://wp-modula.com/contact-us/ ?

I don’t really know what happened with your support request but we don’t ignore them.

FWIW – we’re gearing up to launch a plethora of updates (planned for this Thursday). This includes: Albums, Slider (ability to create an image slider from the gallery), Slideshow (this affects the way images behave in the lightbox) and somwehere early next year a dedicated SEO extension.

These updates also include numerous bug fixes and improvements.

    Much love,
    Cristian.

@wpuser1x – just updated our site to include our Roadmap. Here it is again, for reference: https://trello.com/b/zR7Wegry/modula-roadmap

I think that in all the chaos that stemmed from our AppSumo deal we were overwhelmed and forgot to link it from our main site. It’s not an excuse, just totally slipped my mind as I was focused on getting out the new extensions out 🙂

TL;DR – sorry I wasn’t able to be on top of this one 🙁

We just released an update 🙂 Hopefully, this shows we’re more than alive and kicking.

    Happy holidays,
    Cristian.

Then I will ask a quick question here, the one I’ve written in and seen others post in the appsumo page. When will you have an option to view more than a few photos, but keep it to 1 row? What I’d like is to have right and left arrows on the edge photos so that someone can scroll through more than just a handful of images without having a 2nd or 3rd row of pictures as it screws up my layout if I have more than 1.

    Hello @wpuser1x,

So sorry for the late reply! We were not notified you replied otherwise we would’ve responded sooner.
We did just release exactly what you need! You can see the demo here: https://wp-modula.com/demo/modula-slider/arrows/
This new extension is Modula Slider. You can read how to use it here: https://modula.helpscoutdocs.com/article/221-modula-slider

Please don’t hesitate to reach back if you have questions – we’re here for you.
We hope with these new updates to Modula and new additions you will consider changing your rating.💖💖💖

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

I tried, however this seems to be something not included in my appsumo deal, and something that you charge extra for.
