Plugin selection forgotten on next page load

Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin. We’re putting it on a bunch of our sites to help provide some ADA options. I have noticed that once an option is chosen though, it is not applied after another page on the same website is visited. It seems to happen for all options tested (Increase Text, Grayscale, Links Underlined, etc).

I want to be sure I didn’t miss a setting somewhere to get this desired behavior. If a user selects “Links Underline” I would really want them to have the links underlined on all pages they visit while on the entire webpage.
