Hi bkawalec,
Looks like it is getting blocked, perhaps when the recipient’s email checks your SPF records. Do you have any specific SPF records set up (i.e. in your cPanel or wherever else you configure your email through your host)?
Hi,
thanks for the answer, I’ll check that.
Why is the plugin sending password reminders from the admin’s address and other emails from the website’s email address? Is there a special reason for that?
Hi Bkawalec,
We have to handle the way emails from the different features get sent out in slightly different manners, some of the emails are sent from [email protected] and some are sent from the specified admin email address.
Unfortunately, it’s unlikely we’ll be able to change this in the near future. We hope it is not an inconvenience for you.
Best regards,
I have a problem that may be related to this (also payed version):
Although I’ve set ‘Admin Approval of Users’ to ‘Yes’, I get no admin mail when new users register. I have tried to change the admin email address to see if it was a spam issue, but no luck. However, new users do get the welcome email, so the sending mechanism seems to work.
As I recall, it HAS been working earlier…

I’m using the paid version of the plugin.

Hi,
We’d be happy to answer your question via email.
I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware of that. I was asking about a feature that’s in the free version too. I’ll continue the conversation via email.
