[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] Header text before plugin

    Hi

    I have just worked out how to move the positioning of my facebook comments plugin within the single post template.

    I also want to put in a header before the facebook comments box appears e.g. ‘Comment on this post’ but I think I need to do that in one of the functions files… any ideas on how I might do this?
