[Plugin: SEO Ultimate] Sub-categories not redirected

I have a problem with old backlinks with category & sub-category in URL not redirecting to post.
I have set the SEO Ultimate ‘Permalink Tweaker’ to remove the URL bases of categories, and I have set WordPress permalink settings ‘Custom Structure’ to: /%postname%/.
This works well, and all posts may be found under the root with post name.
This works also with backlinks to my old posts, if they have been posted with a category or sub-category in old URL format:
http://www.myblog.com/category/postname/
http://www.myblog.com/sub_category/postname/
These redirect visitor to: http://www.myblog.com/postname/However, if the old URL format uses both a category & sub-category, then there a 404 error is served and visitor is not redirected to post. Example:
http://www.myblog.com/category/sub_category/postname/Is this something which can be fixed with SEO Ultimate?
