Plugin settings not visible

Hi There,

I installed this plugin a while back on my woocommerce site and I was able to adjust the settings in woocommerce/settings/integration. Now when I navigate to that page, it only shows the mailerlite heading with no settings beneath, so I’m unable to make changes. The plugin still functions on the site, but I can’t make some necessary UI changes. I’m the newest version on woocommerce, wordpress and your plugin. Is there a conflict you’re aware of? Do you have any ideas what might be causing this problem? I’ve also deleted your plugin and reinstalled it,but there has been no change.
