[Plugin: SharDB] buddypress not loading

Hi,

I am using wordpress 3.2 and the development version of shardb. I am running into an issue where buddypress is not getting loaded when I drop in the db.php. My theme files that utilize budbypress methods are now causing errors.

Also just so that the db.php file would actually load I had to put a:

global $shardb_hash_length;

at the top of the db.php file. Should I have not done this? I am finding if I don’t do this everything simply loads from the default database.
