[Plugin: Shortcodes Ultimate] Quote shell

Can’t figure out why the closing quote mark isn’t being displayed. Is there a trick to it? The image quote-shell.png is there in the css but not displaying. I imagine this is simple. Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.
