Try using the Audio Player plugin if you want to play an MP3 (or playlist of multiple MP3s).
OK, I’ve looked around and cant find anything. I have installed the plug in and I saw it said someting about short codes. Well, I can find any short codes. How do I get the player on the page?

1) Create a page
2) Select HTML
3) Enter the shortcode:
[shout-stream-page]
4) Copy entire page url (hxxp://blah.com/page/)
5) Settings -> Shout Stream
6) Paste page url in Shout Stream Page URL
7) Change option accordingly (as widget, in page, both)
8) Scroll down to Shoutcast Stats, select Enable Page Stats
9) Save changes, enjoy stats page
