Plugin showing function errors

    I currently have the latest version of Ultimate Member installed and I am getting errors such as:

    TypeError: jQuery(...).tipsy is not a function
    TypeError: jQuery(...).cropper is not a function

    I’m not sure why these error are occurring but they are also conflicting with other plugins.
