[Plugin: SideOffer] the image does not move

it, This phenomenal addition and very useful – thanks for that , but i have strange problem with using it.

I installed and launched and it work great
I changed the image and it worked
but zone clicks did not coincide with the image and I converted the image so I put again and stopped completely:( , act strangely in the “setup” works well in “live” – no, uninstalled everything, I have uploaded again erased even folders does not help – the picture shows itself but does not move, already I lost 2 days on this to no avail and decided to ask you for help.

Do you have any ideas?
