[Plugin: Simple 301 Redirects] Won't redirect

I’m trying to redirect my website
http://choiceentgroup.com/management
to
http://choicemgt.com

http://choicemgt.com is just a domain name that redirects to http://choiceentgroup.com/management files.
Now that I’m typing this all out this probably doesn’t make sense.

I want when I search choicemgt.com on google for the results to come up with the content from choiceentgroup.com/management

I’ve been forwarding the domain name choicemgt.com to choiceentgroup.com/management so maybe there’s a conflict there and it’s just making it all circular.

Can someone please explain to me that I’ve totally screwed up and I can’t do that or is there a solution?
