[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] App Configuration Not Working

I was attempting to follow the instructions on creating a new app from this page:

However, the app creation screen in Facebook has changed because it doesn’t look like the screen shots on ottopress.

So I tried to make the best of it anyway but I get an error when adding the bookmark URL:
Validation failed.
Bookmark URL must be relative to your Canvas Page URL.

It works if I leave out the bookmark URL but the result is that the APP itself ends up being a canvas app in a Facebook iframe. See here:

This vastly differs from the result I see when I click Go to App on

when I click Go to App on

it opens your blog, full screen, domain in tact.

I wouldn’t mind the iframe except that my blog width is wider than the provided 700px of the iframe canvas page.

Can you advise?

Any of these would be adequate results:

1. Open full blog, like yours does

If not,

2. Extra php page to load a custom page layout that fits in the iframe showing the latest rss

I prefer if the blog open like yours. However, create a new app and you will see it is different now.
