[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Comment login button callback function

Hi,

Please prefer window.fbAsyncInit() as comment login callback function instead of sfc_update_user_details().

window.fbAsyncInit() callback function performs all functions which are hooked to sfc_async_init hook, like sfc_update_user_details().

This way makes developing of sub-plugins easier and more comfortable.
