[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Comments Pullback

Hi! I´ve got some questions about the integration with FB Comments.

Here we go:

1 – If for some reason I wanna delete one comment from my website, what should I do? (FB Comments are not listed on WordPress Comments).

2 – Is it possible to approve a FB Comment to make it visible on my website?

3 – Is there a place where I can see all the FB Comments that SFC have imported to my website?

4 – How do I put the “reply” button back to FB Comments?

5 – Is there a way to importe the FB Comments manually? (So, I don´t have to wait 6 hours)
