[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] No FB Login Button Widget Available

I’ve installed the Simple Facebook Connect and was able to get the “Like” button functioning for the top of posts. However, I am unable to get the “Login” button to even show up. I assume there is a widget for this that should be available to drag into the side bar but there isn’t.

How do I add the Login button? I have checkboxes enabled for the following modules…
– Login with Facebook
– User registration (must also enable Login)
– Like Button
– Sidebar widgets (enables all widgets, use the ones you want)
– Allow FB Login to Comment (for non-registered users)
