[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Publish Plugin Javascript Error

    The following is the error I received on behalf of my customer:

    If you can see this, then there is some form of problem showing you the Facebook publishing buttons. This may be caused by a plugin conflict or some form of bad javascript on this page. Try reloading or disabling other plugins to find the source of the problem.

    To debug, I deactivated all non-SFC plugins to isolate the issue. With all non-SFC plugins disabled, the error persisted. Customer is using the Visual Editor.

    SFC plugins activated are: Bookmark Widget, Chicklet, Find Us on Facebook, Like Button, Publish, Share, and Upcoming Event.

    9 times out of 10, this is an incomplete setup of the Facebook Application.

    Thanks, Otto. I’m working with the customer to get this checked out — they set that part up, so I’ll have to work with them to get all the keys. I appreciate the fast response on a Friday night. 🙂

    I determined my issue for my customer was because I was using my domain to set up a development site before moving to their site. Since the domains did not match FB Connect settings, I kept getting the above error. Once I moved everything to their site with a valid domain matching FB Connect Settings, we were able to eliminate this error.

    Not sure if this applies but thought would post comment in case it was similar or someone was having similar issue.
