I’m having a problem with 2 posts – all others are working fine.

Instead of seeing a summary of the post, I am seeing “You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <a href=”” title=””> <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b> <blockquote cite=””> <cite> <code> <del datetime=””> <em> <i> <q cite=””> <strike> <strong>”

The post is http://www.thechocolatecakeblog.com/cup-cakes/westie-cup-cakes/

On the other problem post, it is showing “May 31 2012 iphone Cup Cakes Share Via Simple Photo on Flickr [fbshare] Categories: Cup Cakes” and the link to this one is http://www.thechocolatecakeblog.com/cup-cakes/iphone-cup-cakes/

Any ideas?

Installing an OpenGraph plugin (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/search.php?q=opengraph) and configuring it to add the proper tags to your posts should resolve this problem. Facebook first looks for OpenGraph tags when reading a page, then tries to guess at the content used for excerpts.

Thanks for your reply Erick. I installed several Open Graph plugins but none of them helped with my problem.

I installed the plugin ShareThis and it works perfectly.
