[Plugin: Simple Tags] Can't change css under Settings > tag cloud

I have changed the size for the largest font and no results. Also, I see that it is supposed to display the count for each term, but it only lists them with a space in between. I would also like to add a comma between the tags, but nothing I do shows any changes. Thanks for any help!
