[Plugin: SimpleMap Store Locator] Does SimpleMap plugin work with wp 2.9 ?

This is what our General Options screen looks like, which is quite different to the introduction video. Any advice why we seem to be missing critical elements of the Admin interface?

We are running WP v 2.9.2 due to some legacy plugins that are problematic on more recent versions of WP (for now).
Is there any reason this plugin wouldnt work on version 2.9.2?
