Hi,

At least in Skype Online Status 2.8, the third parametre of load_plugin_textdomain in skype-status.php:45 constructs an absolute path, but it should be a relative path to the WP_PLUGIN_DIR. See http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Function_Reference/load_plugin_textdomain
