The javascript that Skype uses for the dropdown buttons is incompatible with multiple instances on one page. I’d have to alter their script to make it work. I might have a look when I have some time but for now, I suggest you choose any button template except those two dropdowns…
If that does not solve it, could you give me a link so I can take a look?

It does support multiple instances… just not for the two dropdown templates. Choose another template and you can have as many buttons as you like 🙂

You can add as many sidebar widgets and as many post shortcodes as you like… Each widget and each shortcode can be configured for different Skype ID’s for multiple users.
The global plugin Skype ID setting will only be used as default 🙂
