Plugin slows down site by 3 seconds

Hi The language plugin slows my website down by 3-5 seconds. I very like the plugin but the way things are being build up are not quite efficient. My site loads under 1 second, but with your plugin activated it will go to 5-6 seconds.

The things that slow the site down are:
1) it loads 3 external javascript –> those should be combined and loaded by cron job.
2) the lifetime of the css and js on the external google scripts is set too short, so it doesn’t cashe properly, also the cache validator is missing.
3)the time to first byte, is 3 -4 seconds.
