Plugin slows my site down

Hi, I noticed that my website ( http://www.forsafe.it ) is really slow.
I decided to see which plugin was slowing it down, and it turns out it’s WordPress Seo.

51% of the runtime of plugins is for WordPress Seo. I tried disabling it and the site sped up.
I really like your plugin and I think it’s one of the best I’ve installed, but I can’t afford that load time.
I’d like to keep it, so is there anything I can do to solve this issue?
