[Plugin: Smart 404] Small Problem? Help?

I don’t think Smart 404 will be able to help you with this one – it’s only really for permalinks, not for changes in domain. Instead, I suggest a little htaccess redirect instead.

Something like (untested, of course):

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} www.foodandwaterwatch.org
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://blog.foodandwaterwatch.org/$1 [R=301,L]
</IfModule>

Put that at the start of .htaccess in your WP installation’s root, should sort you out.
