I am having trouble uploading file type .trak to my site. This is format my site specializes in. I can upload other files: pdf, jpg…. but not .trak files

Hi there, can you please send me a sample of your trak file? I tried uploading an empty trak file. Are you seeing the file at all in the browser? or in admin?

I feel it is the size of the files. Most small files, under 10mb works but larger ones do not. Is there a way to increase the file size limit. I looked at your code and it seems like it is set 1000M. Thanks!

Hey actually I just tested on our server and big files work fine, I’m guessing this has to do with something related to your host? Some hosts block large uploads, I believe godaddy is one of those hosts. Where are you hosting?

Changing the upload_max_filesize in the php.ini appears to have fixed the issue with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari on my OS X Lion system. I thought I had already changed but must have been another site of mine! Thanks!
