[Plugin: Snap A Site] Using with TDO mini forms and automatic generation?

I would like to know if it can be integrated to TDO mini forms and can be able to generate the snaps automatically without using shortcode.

I mean to ask , that when ever a link is submitted via TDO Mini Forms, a thumb nail should be generated. Can I use like that?
