[Plugin: Sociable] Google tracking code added even though Google is turned off

It seems like plusone.js is added to the page event though Google+ is turned off. Wouldn’t it be better to just add the plusone.js only if Google+ is selected? Would mean better privacy for the user, which is the reason I prefer socialbe over other plugins.
