I installed the plugin and everything works great. The site owners requested that some changes be made, and I modified the sociable.php document to match.
They asked for the email link to be a simple mailto rather than the Gmail link. They also wanted the Google + to appear without the bubble counter. I found and modified the 2 lines (1431, 1707) in order to meet their requests. However, the links won’t show the changes. I even tried commenting out the entire email section to see if that would break the link altogether, but things won’t change. I have cleared my browser cache, refreshed the page and I still can’t see any change. I looked through the other plugin files and I can’t see anywhere else those links would be specified.
Can anyone help? I would be happy to add some code if that helps.

    hi!

to get your change you have to “Reset” the plugin go to sociable into wp-admin and at the bottom of the page you can find the “Reset” button

Thank you so much for the help. It’s always the simple things that get overlooked.
