    I built a client site (non e-com) a few years ago. They have contacted me recently looking to automate some of their processes. Basically, they offer a service on a monthly subscription, but they are now wanting the customer to be able to log into an account on the site to see their account, pay any outstanding bills, and also, if payment is overdue, some sort of an automatic SMS or email reminder to be sent to the customer. Is anyone aware of any software that can do this which has a plugin to link it to a WP website please?

    WooCommerce is actually best suited for applications with payment service providers. Your description hardly sounds like a store where you can buy products, even if you can customize WooCommerce in this respect. The requirement is already so individual that I don’t see a plugin or a combination of plugins for this. This would have to be solved with individual programming.
