[Plugin: Spam Free WordPress] Integration with Thesis Theme

Hoping to get Spam Free WordPress to work with Thesis 1.8.2. Added:

add_action('thesis_hook_comment_field', 'tl_spam_free_wordpress_comments_form');

to custom_functions.php, but am not seeing the password field. The thesis documentation for this hook says, “Within form#commentform, just before p.comment_box (which contains the comment box textarea)”. Could this be the cause?

Any help greatly appreciated.
