[Plugin: Special Recent Posts] CSS-front won't upload changes made in .css file

Hi, I wish to change the alignment of titles in your widget (awesome work by the way). I opened CSS-front.css with Notepad++ and made several changes. I then uploaded the new saved version of the file onto my server but when I refresh my page no chages are visible.
